Linux Lite is a beginner-friendly Linux distribution based on Ubuntu's long-term support (LTS) release and featuring the Xfce desktop. Linux Lite primarily targets Windows users. Linux Lite 5.2 is Ubuntu 20 after it has been on a diet. Linux Lite is smaller than Ubuntu, so it will be happy on older or smaller machines. I have Lite 5.2 running on 3 laptops. One with a 32gb ssd was very happy running Ubuntu 20, but I was happier with the smaller Lite 5.2.
